Umpiring at Trout Lake Little League

Trout Lake Little League welcomes player and adult umpires. Players can umpire in any division below the one they play or have played. For example, Major division players can umpire Minor and Rookie games, and Minor division players can umpire Rookie games.

Trout Lake Umpire Pay Rates 2019

Rookie Games:
Plate Umpire – $15
Base Umpire – $10

Minor Games:
Plate Umpire – $25
Base Umpire – $15

Major Games:
Plate Umpire – $30
Base Umpire – $20

Rookie, Minor and Major Game Umpires must arrive 20 mins before the game and sign in at the Trout Lake Concession, get their gear on and gather the supplies they need at concession. They can collect their pay after the game from concession.

The safety of all players and umpires at Trout Lake Little League is a priority for the entire league. The Umpire Coordinator is available to provide support and answer any questions throughout the season, as well as look out for our umpires’ best interests and assure they are treated with respect at all times.
